The MK No-Spam Promise

Ask a question. Not for a lifetime of follow-up.

Looking into insurance shouldn't mean giving up control of your phone or inbox. If you contact MK Financials, we'll help with what you asked for — without turning one inquiry into an endless sales chase.

Good advice shouldn't start with pressure.

Our promise is simple.

Your contact information should be used to help you, not to wear you down.

No unsolicited cold calling
No email list without consent
Stop means stop
Easy unsubscribe
Why we created this

You should be able to explore your options without wondering what happens after you submit the form.

Five commitments

What our no-spam promise actually means.

Not vague language. Not a tiny disclaimer. These are the rules we want our advisors to follow.

01

We don't cold call people who never contacted us.

If you've never asked MK Financials for information, a quote or a conversation, we're not going to call you out of nowhere trying to sell you insurance.

You start the conversation.
02

Asking for a quote doesn't automatically subscribe you.

We don't add someone to an ongoing email list simply because they asked a question or requested insurance information. Newsletter communication requires consent.

Your inbox. Your choice.
03

If you ask us to stop, we stop.

You shouldn't have to repeat yourself. If you tell us you don't want personal follow-up, our goal is to respect that request and end the sales follow-up.

Stop means stop.
04

Unsubscribing shouldn't be a puzzle.

Marketing emails should provide a straightforward unsubscribe option. No hidden buttons. No guilt. No dark patterns designed to make leaving difficult.

One clear way out.
05

We put a limit on personal follow-up.

If we can't reach you, we're not going to chase indefinitely. Our internal standard is a maximum of five personal touchpoints before stepping back from active personal follow-up.

Maximum 5 personal touchpoints.
We even put a number on it

Follow-up shouldn't become follow-you-around.

Sometimes people genuinely get busy, miss a call or forget to reply. A few reasonable follow-ups can be helpful. Endless chasing isn't.

1
Initial reply We respond to your request.
2
Follow-up In case you missed us.
3
Check-in Still want help?
4
Another try At a reasonable interval.
5
Final touch Then we step back.
After that

We stop chasing.

If you haven't responded, we respect the signal. If you've separately chosen to receive educational content, that can continue. Personal sales follow-up doesn't need to.

What happens after you reach out?

A conversation. Not a campaign.

The purpose of follow-up is to help you finish the conversation you started — not to create pressure until you eventually say yes.

01

You reach out.

Ask a question, request a quote or tell us what you're trying to figure out.

02

An advisor responds.

We follow up about the reason you contacted us, not a random list of products.

03

You choose the pace.

Want to continue? Great. Need time? That's okay too.

04

Don't want follow-up?

Tell us. We don't believe a “no” should become another reason to keep calling.

One important difference

Personal follow-up and educational emails aren't the same thing.

We want that distinction to be clear.

Personal follow-up
Calls, texts or personal emails about the specific request you made.
Newsletter
Ongoing educational content such as financial planning insights, sent only where you've agreed to receive it.
If you say stop
We stop personal sales follow-up. You should not need to keep asking.
If you unsubscribe
Marketing email should stop through the unsubscribe process.
The principle behind it

We would rather earn your trust slowly than wear down your resistance quickly.

Questions

What does this mean in practice?

A few common questions about how we'll communicate with you.

We may contact you because you've specifically asked us for help. The purpose of that contact is to respond to your request and understand what you need — not to begin unsolicited outreach unrelated to your inquiry.
We may make a reasonable number of attempts because people miss calls and messages. Our no-spam standard limits active personal follow-up to a maximum of five touchpoints before stepping back.
Yes. If you tell us to stop personal follow-up, that request should be respected.
Not automatically. Ongoing newsletter communication is separate from responding to an insurance inquiry and should be based on consent.
Yes. Marketing emails should include a simple unsubscribe option without making you jump through unnecessary steps.
Because people should know what to expect before they give an insurance company or advisor their phone number. Trust is easier to build when the rules are clear from the beginning.

Have a question? Ask it without worrying about what comes next.

Tell us what you're trying to figure out. We'll help you understand your options — and you stay in control of the conversation.
